Returns & Exchanges Policies
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. To initiate a Return, email us at email@example.com to return an item. Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by our team soon.
Conditions of return
- Merchandise must be returned in original and unused condition
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
- Send items back within: 15 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Due to Custom Charges
- We are unable to return a product that has already been exchanged once.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
